Getting Started

Here are the five steps to getting started:

  1. You fill out this secure client contact form.
  2. We follow up within 1-2 days Monday-Friday to help connect you to a therapist.
  3. You schedule a 10-minute phone call, free of charge, with one of our available therapists.
  4. Your therapist calls you at the scheduled time to discuss therapy and help you schedule an intake appointment.
  5. We send you paperwork through our secure portal to complete before your first appointment.

    Hours and availability

    Atlas Counseling is open by appointment only Monday-Friday from 7 am-7 pm. We are offering services via telehealth and in person in our Westlake office. Most of our therapists work 3-4 days per week, so check with your therapist to see what days and times they are available and if they have in-person availability.

    Our Client Care Team provides scheduling and billing support Monday-Friday. We want it to be easy for you to contact us, so we have several different ways for you to get in touch. Keep in mind that our Client Care Team works 100% remotely, so we may not be able to answer the phone in real time. We return all emails and phone calls within 1-2 working days.

    We will be in our new office beginning Tuesday, July 9! Our Westlake Office is located overlooking the water in the Westlake neighborhood of Seattle at 1220 Westlake Ave N Ste A Seattle, WA 98109. Our cozy office building is located next to the AGC 1200 building and the marina.

    Getting here

    Parking spaces 7-12 directly in front of our office are available for your use on a first come, first serve basis throughout the week, and you may also pay to park in any available spot in the parking lot. Free 1-hr parking is located next door in front of the AGC building and Starbucks. If you are using public transportation, the #40 bus stop is a 1-min walk from our front door.
