Client Care Team
Our Client Care Team can help you with scheduling an initial phone call, completing your paperwork, and answering your questions about insurance and billing.
Alicia (she/her) responds to new client inquiries, manages all client and insurance billing, and oversees our administrative team and systems.
Reagan (she/her) manages our Westlake office, helps providers stay organized, and provides additional administrative support for the practice.
Jordan (she/her) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing individual and family therapy services to kids and teens navigating high sensitivity and big losses, as well as play therapy supervision and professional mentorship for child & teen therapy providers.
Jordan also serves as the HIPAA security officer and manages the business operations of the practice.
